Terms and Conditions of Media Attendance
• No flash photography
• Press/Media accreditation allows access for one person only, exclusively for the approved days outlined in their accreditation.
• Must carry full Public Liability and Third Party insurance for all activities on the Wellington Estate. They must indemnify the owners and managers of the estate and the Horse Trials against all costs, claims and other expenses that they may incur from any third party. Evidence of insurance must be available and produced on demand during the event.
• Media accreditation does not give access to the arenas, or on the course, these areas are restricted.
• You must provide a list of riders and/or brands when submitting application that you request to film/photograph during the event. (This could be capped to 5 riders)
• ONLY photograph/film riders submitted and will not be permitted to canvas riders at the event for the purpose of filming/photographing during the event.
• Media Accreditation does not include admission to the event.
• Accreditation numbers are limited and all applications will be decided by the Friday 15th August. Previous accreditation is no guarantee of a repeat in the future.
• All accredited media must comply with the requests and instructions of the event organisers and stewards.
• Use of drones is forbidden at all times.
• Failure to follow the guidelines will void your application and your accreditation will be removed with immediate effect
