In line with BD / BS rules withdrawals received before close of entries can have 50% of the entry fees refunded. After this time, no refunds will be given.
Transfers can only be offered if withdrawals are received in writing before the close of entries. A transfer voucher code will be issued for the value of the class withdrawn, this is valid for 4 months from the date of the original show. This can be redeemed when booking through my riding life. This must be taken as a whole sum; any difference in fees must be paid for.
Please be aware fees for pre-entries must be paid in full in advance and we may not allow entries on the day.
50% of total entry fees may be returned to those whose withdrawal is received not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start.

Pre entries close at noon 48 hours before the first day of the show. After this time entries may accepted on the day depending on space, only in person and not by phone or email.
No entries will not be accepted by telephone or email.
Please note entries for all classes may be capped.
Entries are not accepted without payment.
Horse and Rider British Showjumping registration or day ticket numbers must be provided with your entry.
Dressage entries are pre-entry only. Please check the close of entry time carefully. Late entries are accepted depending on availability with a £5 late entry fee.

All prize money should be claimed from the Secretary within 4 weeks of the show date.
All prize money is paid by electronically to the rider. Bank account number and sort code must be provided for this purpose. Prize money is usually paid a few days following the close of the show.
Deducting prize money from entry fees owed is only allowed where there is an open account (see above).
Entry fees must be paid in full on the day of the competition.
An entry constitutes agreement to abide by the procedures above.
Rules pertaining to the Health & Safety of all persons at Wellington Riding.
1) All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI Standards at all times when mounted on the show ground.
2) All dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.
3) All horses or ponies, when outside the arena, should be moved at walk only, to ensure the safety of all spectators and pedestrians.
4) Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs, who will be held responsible for their behaviour and welfare.
5) Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones should be switched off during competitions.
6) Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site.
7) Please Keep the lorry park clear of hay and droppings.
8) For safety reasons, the gate across the main driveway must be kept closed at all times. Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Wellington Riding and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.
