An amazing experience, a fun interactive Junior Riding Holiday and a special place to make childhood memories with friends that you will remember forever.

Our residential weeks run from Sunday afternoon from 3pm to the following Friday at 5.30pm. Our non-residential weeks run Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm . Children aged 7–16 years can join one of our Junior Holiday weeks which are organised during the school holidays.

New for 2026, you can also join in during school holidays for a day with Own A Pony Day, Booster Riding Days… plus more!

New Clients

Please register with our online booking system EC Pro below and email ridingholidays@wellington.co.uk advising that you would like to book a Junior Holiday. If you can also forward a video of the rider on the flat and jumping as this will assist with the grading of the rider. Once riders are graded you will be able to view and book your Junior Holiday.

Own A Pony Day Schedule

Join us for an immersive Own a Pony Day, a full, hands-on experience designed to give participants a true taste of pony care and riding. Across the day, guests will enjoy a mix of stable management, practical demonstrations, and two extended ridden sessions covering flat work, jumping, and even a woodland ride. With opportunities to groom, prepare, and work closely with the ponies, this engaging course offers both learning and fun from arrival at 8:45am through to sign-out at 5:00pm.

Experience a confidence‑building and skills‑focused Booster Riding Day, designed to help riders refine their position, develop stronger flatwork foundations, and progress their pole and jump technique. Throughout the day, participants will enjoy a blend of stable management, practical demonstrations, and varied ridden sessions, including flat work, pole work, jump‑position training, and a refreshing woodland ride. Running from arrival at 8:45am to sign‑out at 5:00pm, this full and engaging programme offers a brilliant opportunity to advance riding ability in a supportive and structured environment.

Take your jumping technique to the next level with our immersive Showjumping Skills Day, designed to build confidence, precision, and understanding both in and out of the saddle. This full‑day programme combines competition‑level grooming and tack preparation with targeted ridden sessions focused on canter rhythm, pole work, and show‑jumping performance. Riders will also benefit from expert practical lectures, including walking distances and course understanding, before putting skills into practice in the arena. Running from 8:45am to 5:00pm, this comprehensive training day offers an ideal blend of theory and riding.
